440 Series Stainless steel hot rolled and pickled bar is one of our most popular products. Our stainless steel bar is made up of high quality raw material. Procured by advanced equipments, our bars are used in various industries.
The main difference between 440 series and other stainless steel products is the Carbon content and hardness.
440A:0.6~0.75%;440B:0.85~0.95%;440C:1%-1.2%.

procedure: raw elements(C,Fe,Ni,Mn,Cr,Cu etc.,)--smelted ingots by AOD finery--hot rolled into black surface--pickling into acid liquid--cold drawn--polished by automatically machine--cutting into pieces--checking quality--package.

Diameter: hot rolled :5.5-110mm

Length: usually4~6meters, or as customer's requirements

Surface: black &pickled&bright&hair line, we can polish the surface according to the customer's requirement.
